Being an entrepreneur can sometimes feel like your on an island 🏝 I’m not talking about being on a tropical island with a drink in your hand, I’m talking about a talking to Wilson, kinda Island. . . When I first set out to start my biz I really had no clue what I was doing but started to learn a lot from the other business owners that I knew. I picked their brains, learned from their mistakes and watched how they ran things. But no matter what I implemented in my business, I sort of always felt alone. Mostly because the day to day operations and implementations were honestly, just me. It was hard for me to collaborate with people or bounce ideas off of others since I was sitting at my kitchen Island (literal Island) with the Real Housewives on in the background. . . . I have joined networking groups and participated in coaching masterminds but I always feel unfulfilled. Mostly because these groups don’t contain just the right type of boss babe connection I am looking for. I find a lot of them to be fake + somewhat forced or you have to pay tons of money to be a part of them. Thus, still leaving me to fend for myself most of the time. . . . So I said to myself “I just want to drink Rosé, eat yummy food, and hang with my girlfriends who also are dreamers + doers.” So this is exactly what I’m doing! . . . Last week I held my first REP + ROSÉ networking night at @revel853 and I had some amazing babes show up! It was a blast! I’m excited that we will be doing this again next month on September 19 again at Revel 853! But I’ve also launched a super special Facebook page for boss babes only! (Sorry guys) that is FREE and full of motivation and info! I hope everyone will want to join this group and take away some amazing things from it! . . . This is a group for all the women who can’t always find a sitter to go out on a Wednesday, for the ones staying up past bedtime to hustle their dream, the women who just want to drink wine and relax, and the ones who simply want to connect with other women and chat about the latest @bravotv episode! Monday’s are for resetting + refocusing 🙌 They are my fave day of the week because it helps me set the tone for the rest of the week on what I am going to accomplish and a plan to attack those goals. . . . Power in your presence ✨ That was the message delivered and flowing through my veins this morning thanks to @jensebeny . . . She invited me into her sacred space at @cyclefierce early this morning to just be present + live in the moment of the movement. I’m not usually a spin class girl, but honestly, the last 2 classes have been exactly what I have needed to come back to myself. . . . We all need that. We need to stop getting so lost in the chaos. Stop allowing ourselves to be distracted by all the noise. Come back to yourself. Be present + be powerful in that presence. . . . What gives you power in your presence? 🔥

There’s not much I love more than having a glass of rosé and chatting with my girlfriends about our goals + dreams ✨ One thing I’ve noticed over the last year is that I am friends with some badass boss babes who are constantly pushing me to go after my dreams. They push me to be better and we work together to help each other reach those goals. I have a circle of babes I’m close with on a personal level which builds so much trust when we are able to work on a project together. But we have found that it’s so lame when we go to regular networking events. We want events that are laid back, at a fun place with a relaxing vibes and where we can just connect with one another, not feel like we are in a business transaction. . . . So that’s why I’m hosting my FIRST EVER REP + ROSÉ networking night tomorrow at @revel853 at 5pm. It’s gonna be super casual, with yummy food and delicious wine, and I even have a little goodie bag for everyone! I mean, who doesn’t love gifts!?! Please come and hang out and meet other amazing boss babes who want to connect with you, too! I can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow night!
